Triohale : Tiotropium, Formoterol & Ciclesonide Inhaler

Symptomatic treatment of patients with severe COPD (FEV₁ < 50% predicted normal) and a history of repeated exacerbations, who have significant symptoms despite regular therapy with long-acting bronchodilators.

Adults
The recommended dosage is the inhalation of two puffs, once daily. TRIOHALE Inhaler may be used with a Zerostat VT Spacer device in patients who find it difficult to synchronize aerosol actuation with inspiration of breath.

TRIOHALE Inhaler should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to Tiotropium bromide, atropine or its derivatives, e.g. ipratropium or oxitropium, Formoterol fumarate or Ciclesonide or to the excipients in the Inhaler.
